If your clients require your company to use Avetta®, you understand the importance of maintaining a good client grade in Avetta®. A negative grade can cause your company to lose business. A positive grade stands out among your competition. In this blog, I provide details on how to keep your grade positive.
The main topics covered here are Profile, Compliance, and Insurance.
Your Company Profile
Because each company is different, your company profile needs to stay up to date. This section contains your company-specific information. This includes the selected services your company provides. The services you select will trigger further requirements in other sections. These requirements include safety statistics, service-specific programs, training questions, client-specific questions, and insurance requirements.
Compliance Section
The Compliance section is another important section. Your clients will request safety statistics, certain written programs, and documentation. This is also where your annual safety statistics update will be added. Not only does this section need to be completed regularly, but your safety stats should also stay in the positive.
Insurance Section
The Insurance section can often be difficult to manage. Different clients have different insurance requirements that must be met. Insurance can include Workers’ Comp, Excess Liability, General Liability, etc. The insurance requirements are reviewed and approved by an Avetta® representative. Missing or rejected insurance will certainly lower your grade.
